MEDDPICC Deal Health Scorecard

An early read on whether a deal is qualified. Score on the buyer evidence you actually have, not what you hope.

How to use this

  1. For each of the eight elements, pick the evidence level (0 to 3) that matches what the buyer has actually said or done.
  2. Score on evidence, not optimism. If you cannot point to a specific thing the buyer did, it is not a 3.
  3. Read the Deal Health Index out of 24 and its red, amber or green band.
  4. Work the "Gaps to close" list. Each weak element gives you the exact question to ask next.
0–8 Red: disqualify or restart discovery 9–16 Amber: qualify further 17–24 Green: qualified
Do it yourself first. The thinking is the point: scoring a deal in your own head is what trains the questions you ask in the room. Nothing you enter leaves this page, it runs entirely offline in your browser. Print or save as PDF to attach to the opportunity.
